South Australia will enter a seven-day lockdown from 6pm Tuesday 20 July.
Where is it clinically appropriate and safe to do so, we will automatically change appointments to telehealth. Patients will receive a call or message from their clinic to confirm the change.
If you do not hear from us your appointment will continue in clinic as planned, but you can call us if you wish to reschedule or change your appointment to telehealth. Patients attending in clinic will be required to wear a mask, and attend alone (or with one support person if necessary to assist mobility or interpretation).
Elective surgery will be cancelled during the lockdown. We will contact patients to reschedule their procedure as soon as possible.
Category 1 procedures (including infusions) will continue as normal unless otherwise advised.
Notice of changes
Due to the large administrative impact of these changes we will be prioritising contact to those impacted on Wednesday 21 July first. We appreciate your patience if your procedure or appointment is booked for the coming days; we will contact you as soon as we’re able.
For any urgent questions, please call your clinic direct. If we are unable to answer your call please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
